Hey everyone, this week was great, as usual.
Its transfer week, so I'm staying here in O'Malley for another transfer, with my trainer. I'm excited!
We taught a lot this week too. We've been working with some less actives who have been inactive for 20 years, and they are getting excited about the gospel again! We've been working with a part member too, and he is starting to progress. Our hard work is paying off :)
The ward loves us now. They are trying to help us find investigators, it's so awesome! We dont' have anyone on date anymore, but I bet that will change soon!
It's starting to get cold, and the snow is getting lower and lower on the mountains. The average temp here is about 30, and the sun rises at 10am and sets at 730p. soon it will rise at 1130 and set at 4p, which is insane!!
We have had so many people say how thankful they are for our hard work, its been a really uplifting week. This next transfer will be different, beacuse we are kind of incharge of another missionary who has aspergers, and when he gets stressed out, he kind of shuts down. I know that we are there to help him, and the lord and our mission president know that we can help him, so I'm ready and willing to help. This elder is a really hard worker too so That should be fun. He isn't like, in a trio with us or in our area, but on the days that he needs a break he will come work with us. I'm excited to help him feel more comfortable in the mission though!
I decorated my planner this transfer, it came out really good! My last planner barely survived the transfer, I'm hoping that with the tape and stuff that this one will be better haha. I'll mail my planners home when I leave this area and you can see them, mom.
Love you all and hope you are all well!! Sorry I don't take many pictures, in all honesty I'm too busy teaching and stuff to think about that. I'm sure I'll find a balance soon haha.
Hope all is well! Love ya!
Elder Pawson
